mobifindit! beta users - please read!
Dear beta user, mobifindit! has undergone great improvements when compared to the previous beta. For this reason, mobifindit! beta x must first be uninstalled to ensure that mobifindit! 1.0 will function properly on your mobile phone.
What are the compatible mobile phones?
mobifindit! is known to be compatible with the following phones:
  • Nokia: 3230, 6600, 6260, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7610, N70, N72
  • Panasonic: X700, X800
  • Samsung: SGH-D720, SGH-D720, SGH-Z600
When will you support my handset?
We are currently focusing on S60 3rd edition support (ie Nokia N73, 3250, N71, 5500, E50, E60...)
Future target platforms include JAVA (MIDP 2.0) & Windows Mobile.
How do I install mobifindit! on my mobile phone?

Why does it take so long at first launch?
When first launched mobifindit! goes through all data contained on your handset, to create an index.
This index is then used by mobifindit! to perform instant searches.
When is the index updated?
The default timing is 4 hours but you can set it from 1 hour to 48 hours in the application settings.
You can also use the "Refresh data" entry in the "Options" menu.
How do I dial special codes when mobifindit! runs?
In order to dial special numbers beginning by "*#" or "+" you have to exit mobifindit! by using the "Exit" entry in the "Options" menu.
TomTom and Metro incompatibilities
Our tests have shown that TomTom and Metro key input management are not compatible with mobifindit!.
The only option available for now is to quit mobifindit! while you're using these applications.
How do I uninstall mobifindit?
To uninstall mobifindit! go to your phone's menu, select settings, app manager then select mobifindit! and choose "Delete" from the "Options" menu.
